El Vizcaíno Biosphere Reserve

Beautiful grounds, only con was no upgraded room for Expedia gold/platinum as the website says there is.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick gateway. We booked the garden view room only to find out it was like a cheap motel 6 appeal. We were able to upgrade to a semi bigger and better room, nothing Luxurious. The hotel is extremely outdated. Except for Paulina who worked at the concierge desk, rood, unprofessional, and lacks hospitality on a major scale.Staff on the other hand is pleasant and work hard to attend to the guests needs.Carlos by the pool is absolutely wonderful. Food is good but very small portions in the restaurant. VIP is really no different than the common grounds. Entertainment is by far the best I have yet experienced anywhere else. Overall, it was a good stay just wish it was more luxurious for an all adults resort. Would recommend it for the party scene but not much more.

The property was beautiful but the golf carts were very noisy into the night. There was not enough lounge chairs to enjoy the sun around the pools or the beach for 3 resorts. That was very disappointing. Buffet and restaurants were great and drinks were generous. Shopping was nice.
