"it is a very new building, price probably is still a promotion, nice price it was. Very green around the property, ecopark is nearby. There is no place to wait before or after check in-check out. Getting the key is a little troublesome, the staff is in only between 9 am till 5 p.m. Some improvement would be needed. No answers to the email. With all of that, I would recommend this property."

"It is a small kind of apartment but not stove nor pot nor pans nor utensils for cooking , in other words kitchenette is poor …. You can only use microwave and it make our staying more expensive. "The location of the hotel was perfect - not directly in the hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, but one street away and walkable to everything. The balcony was perfect! It was also very secure as we were buzzed in and out 24/7."

"This is a great unit and the staff were friendly and helpful and it's too bad that management has not updated the furnishings. When I first walked in the place seemed quite "dumpy" and unappealing. The bed was so/so. This impacted us when we'd come home after long days of walking and seeing the sights as there was no comfy place to relax.Sofa and easy chair needed replacing years ago!"
