"The property was very dirty, the bathroom had no soap, the shower stalls had mold, it looks like they barely cleaned it. The door knob fell off. The AC didn't work, the property is on a very very busy loud street. Since the AC did not work, I had to leave the windows open at night. Stay away from this place, it felt like prison compound. "

We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "We loved this hotel, lovely rooms with a nice view of the town. The beds were comfy and a good choice of pillows. We would recommend staying here, and would suggest paying for breakfast as part of the booking, also checkout the roof terrace with fantastic views. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. "

Well located & very comfortable, stylish hotel

"We were very happy with our choice of hotel, both in terms of proximity to the city centre’s attractions as well as the Playa las Canteras, and for its standard of accommodation & service. Our room was spacious with an excellent shower, plenty of wardrobe space & a large, comfortable bed. All the staff were friendly & professional; we particularly loved the 12th floor rooftop bar- wonderful panoramic views & two attractive areas to sit. "
