"This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again. "

"Owners care about the money only, not about the guests comfort. We were given an apartment with no hot water, and since we got to the flat late in the evening, the problem wasn’t solved until the day after, when we were told to return to the place to check out so they can clean the apartment and move us to another place. "The only thing we could fault is that there is policy on guests reserving sunbeds with a towel very early in the morning, so you often can't get a sunbed in the sun which is part of the reason we were drawn to the hotel, for the pool area, which is lovely."

Perfect hotel by San Telmo Bus station

"Just the perfect spot for our overnight stay in Las Palmas. Next to San Telmo bus station, easy walking distance to the historical old city, the shops and fabulous restaurants. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was quiet considering the main road is nearby. Coffee shop on site with good coffee. Would highly recommended and will definitely come back when we are next in Las Palmas. "
