"Don’t book whatever you do please hotel was derelict when got there and no WiFi no service no air con no hot water we had to stay one night and leave and they still demanded I pay for the night was terrible no breakfast available nothing to eat or drink no welcome drink everything it states on booking not true "

"The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :) "

It’s about 15 minutes from the airport and Sidi Bou Said, which made getting around easy. The host, Medhi, was incredibly helpful and even assisted with transportation to my next accommodation. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tunis. "

"La veille du départ on m'a demandé de payer 200 € en plus, j' ai compris que nous étions les seuls dans la maison d'hôtes et que ce n'était pas rentable pour eux. Les abords sont sales, routes défoncées, poussière, la ville de Kelibia irrespirable à cause des mobylettes très nombreuses et polluantes. Dommage car les Tunisiens sont pour la plupart très sympathiques."

"I had a wonderful and unique stay! The property was clean, with spacious rooms and a great location—just a short walk to restaurants and the waterfront. "This property didn’t have any heat, we were graciously moved to another villa that had heaters. But after 6 nights, only one night was with hot water and heat. We were constantly fixing the water heater but never enough to heat the villa or take a bath. The manager was very respectful and tried to accommodate, brought portable heaters, but the water heater just wasn’t having it. He even offered to send us to the hotel, but the villa was gorgeous and accommodating for family in and out all day. The bed was perfect! Take your own towels, there aren’t any, even in the kitchen!!! Being winter I guess, the yard was not maintained. Otherwise, we had a great family visit, always walking everywhere and perfect New Years Eve celebrating with family and the new year to come. "

"I stayed there with my daughter for 12nigth,and I only can say good thing about the hotel,we had a amazing view,the bed was very confortebly wich for me its really importante,the food was amazing, and the personal are incredible nice,I'll be allways greatfull to them the way they help me with my not delivery luggage at the airport, they were sow helpfull,help me solving this problem for two day's. "I recently stayed at your hotel for my wedding anniversary, traveling from Canada. Unfortunately, my two-year-old son fell ill, so we had to bring him along unexpectedly. Upon arrival, the receptionist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. They insisted on charging us for my son, despite the website stating that children aged two and under stay for free. I explained that we were exhausted from our journey, but the receptionist was unsympathetic and dismissive. Moreover, the room we were given was subpar and lacked any special decorations, which ruined our experience. I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and overall experience at your hotel."
