"Have stayed here many times before but on this occasion our sleep was disturbed every night from 4am to 8am due to a Cockerell being kept in a nearby property. The area is normally fairly quiet but the apartment blocks and residents really need to get this problem sorted out. Talking to local residents they too are annoyed by the noise and disturbed sleep caused by the crowing Cockerell and we saw some people complaining to the owner keeping the chickens. "Staff was very helpful. Food was good but they did not have everything listed on their menu so make at least 2 choices on what you want to eat. However what we did eat was very good. Hot water was an issue for our rooms until our last day, then it worked."

"Not a pleasant one, hotel is run down"

"The Reception Staff actually went into my room, and stole my sun glasses, after which he owned up and gave it back...I actually saw him trying to open my room door, when I asked him, he said he was on the wrong floor. 1 hour later my glasses and perfume was missing from my room. Went to reception and asked about it, and guess what, he gave it back..... Would not Recommend this hotel. "

"Overall this was a very good stay considering the price we paid. Location is good, right on a main bus route, walking distance to the centre, and not far from the beach. Staff were all so friendly, they did all they could to help us with anything we needed. The rooms can be very noisy if near the nightclub or the pool entertainment, after a couple of bad nights we were moved to one away from both. The food is varied and plenty of it - although items (and crockery/cutlery) tended to run out later...

"Every member of staff was so friendly and helpful which was a breath of fresh air. The hotel is in a great location with fabulous looking spacious rooms. The pool and surrounding area is perfect for relaxing in and with a great food snack bar catering for all your F&B needs. Of an evening the The View has 2 restaurants, Moroccan & Italian both serving amazing a la carte food. Alternatively the hotel is located close to other restaurants that serve great food. If you want guaranteed sunshine, comfort, friendly staff in a great hotel this is it. We will definitely be returning "

"Our one-week stay at Hotel Aragana was thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Initially, we stayed in rooms 4102 and 4104, where we encountered an issue with an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. The staff promptly addressed this by relocating us to new rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a varied culinary experience, with a different food theme each day and a wide range of options to choose from. While water is not included with lunch or dinner, guests are welcome to bring their own. Pool towels are available for hire at 100 dirhams, with the deposit refunded upon return. The location is convenient, with numerous taxis readily available. The fare to the souk is approximately 45-50 dirhams. There is also a mini-market nearby and familiar dining options, including Pizza Hut and McDonald’s. We also took advantage of the hotel’s hair salon and spa services, both of which provided excellent service. For families, there is a small play area for children. One consideration for families is the surrounding area, which can feel a bit rough at night, with some beggars around. In summary, we had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aragana and look forward to returning in the future."
