"We arrived and the receptionist was rude and ignorant. The whole check in process was really a horrible experience. Once we got into the room the horror started. The room was filthy, dark and gave us the feeling that we would have liked to leave immedialy. The main lamp changed light intensity and inside of it were insects. "The property is very very old. The chair (which I took a picture) should really go to recycle bin, not in the room. I am shocked that they put faked or photoshopped pictures on the website and dare to charge over a hundred dollars. Stay away! Stay away! I booked the hotel from July 25 to 27 2023 and after I left my suitcases in the room for two minutes, I felt I needed to find another reasonably decent hotel, because this is not. "My kids and I enjoyed this property! Great value, clean, and excellent location. Possibly classified as a "dormitory" but this just means you don't have to pay for all of the hotel amenities that you don't really need anyway. Regardless, support and communication were excellent. Would stay here again!"
