"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating. They claim to be a spa but they fail to tell you the spa is closed for 3 days of the week. so they need to take that out of the name. we...

"Nice apartment, just needs attention to detail. Eg 1 wine glass, crack in coffee pot. 1 flat pillow each. Overall value for money. Just one point, the office does not open until 4pm (check in time ) so don't bother getting there any earlier. "
