"Friendly staff"

"Leisure trip to historic Folsom, this hotel was perfect and the staff is excellent "

"Nice and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good (nice variety of food to choose from). Although the property was near a major roadway, it was not noticeable from the room. One very positive plus was that the laundry facilities were complimentary(but you'll need your own detergent, etc.). We have a special needs child, so daily laundry is a must. I've never experienced free laundry at any hotel we've stayed at, so this was great! The kitchen amenities in the room were basic but sufficient (it was nice they included a range top - some don't) Dishware service for four, basic cookware, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and drip coffeemaker. The one disappointment was that we booked the room for three, expecting our child would sleep on the pull out (twin-size) couch. When it was time to get ready for bed (about 10:30pm) there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. We called the front desk, and they said we could come down to the front desk to get the bedding or wait 20-30 minutes for someone to bring it up. I guess my opinion is if the room is advertised for three people and the reservation is for three people, there should be already be bedding in the room. Overall, we really liked the facilities and the room. We'll likely stay here again the next time we travel to Folsom."

"The property is undergoing reno ations which limit access to all amenities. The restaurant and lounge are not presently available. Antique couch in room requires re-upulstery to improve look and comfort."

"There were no blankets on the bed. The a/c-heater was noisy and there was homeless people in the parking lot. The girl in the front office was very friendly and helpful though."

"The property was perfect. The only issue is they charge $15 per night for parking! Which is ridiculous because the hotel is located in a mini shopping center including fast food so park for free over there or if handicapped they will waive the fee. "

"This place is so convenient close to Omin & Core volleyball tournament. One minor thing need to improve,, when a next room use a shower little loud noise. Other than that it’s great place to stay. "

"Overall good. Breakfast food was good but very crowded. Alot of people in a small space."
