Zero stars. Do not recommend.
Terrible. It was cheap. It was dirty. Roaches. I got there late, checked in and left at dawn. They didn’t care that I didn’t like it and refused to refund me for my second night. Zero stars. Avoid.

You get what you pay for
This certainly was a cheap stay, so expect it to be like a hostel or SRO. The real issues are parking- there’s none on site, and you may have to walk many blocks late at night, and you may have to cohabitate with people you’d rather not. During the stay, there was a woman that seemed more like a long term resident and she was either constantly talking to herself or on a wireless headset. This is a house, with locks on bedroom doors. It’s not quiet, but was clean. We wouldn’t book again.

I was told by the property manager that there will be two other parties share bathroom and shower with me and I was expected to use the bathroom in the morning no more than 20 minutes. The staff refuse to disclose the gender of the guests sharing the same bathroom with me. Since I don’t like to run into the opposite gender person in the middle of the night to use bathroom, I decided to book somewhere else. Unfortunately the property manager refused to refund.
