In general the hotel physical plant is in good shape but need some renovation on the bathrooms of the junior suite room, need to replace the toilet as it is extremely low for elderly people, also the sink was completely loose. The Tv need better instruction on how to use it, was quite complicated. Bathroom on the lobby are so small that is almost impossible to use them. "

"The best hotel I stayed in Medellin. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walkable to the soccer stadium and some many restaurants and bars. The staff have excellent service, including the driver Jorge and the terrace bartender Hamilton. You also got up-front taxi service 24 hours a day. Definitely, I will stay again in this hotel. He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations of places to visit, eat and drink around Antioquia, Medellin, he was very attentive to us the whole time we stated at the hotel and even recommended us some tours.
