Wonderful stay

Wonderful stay at Penta Hotel. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Beautiful location with a view. Very comfortable and clean room. The breakfast in the mornings were great. Very large selection and variety. We will be looking for Penta hotels when we travel to Europe again.

Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt – alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Rezeptionistin Suti, die mich bei meiner Ankunft äußerst freundlich begrüßt hat. Sie hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen, mir alles Wichtige zu erklären, mir sogar ein Taxi organisiert und mir direkt gezeigt, wo ich in der Nähe einkaufen kann. Genau so stellt man sich herzlichen Service vor! Freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell – vielen Dank dafür.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Penta Hotel Eisenach und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel liegt ruhig, etwa zehn Fahrminuten vom Stadtzentrum Eisenachs entfernt. Besonders gefallen hat uns die moderne und stylishe Lobby – ein echter Hingucker – sowie das freundliche, junge Personal. Vor dem Hotel gibt es viele Parkplätze (5 € pro Nacht), was super praktisch ist. Unser Zimmer war sauber, großzügig geschnitten und bot alles, was man für eine Nacht braucht. In der Lobby kann man sich beim Dart, Billard oder Tischkicker die Zeit vertreiben – eine coole Idee! Die Hotelbar ist zwar eher hochpreisig, bietet aber eine große Auswahl an Getränken und Snacks. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Leider gab es kein lokales Bier. Trotzdem insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt!

Liegt außerhalb von Eisenach in einem ruhigen Gewerbegebiet. Ausblick auf das Opel-Werk und in der Ferne auf die Wartburg. Zimmer, Betten hervorragend, keine Dusche sondern Badewanne mit Duscharmatur. Frühstück hervorragend aber teuer. Sauna und Fitnessstudio klein aber sehr gut. Zugang von 8 - 22 Uhr. Wasserkaraffe kann man immer gratis füllen lassen. Restaurant mit kleiner Karte zu Preisen, die okay sind. Parkplatz muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden, es gibt aber freie Parkplätze wenig Schritte entfernt.

Amazing time , we loved the Porsche decoration , and to top it , they had a classic Porsche meeting the day of our stay! We will def stay again , when we are back in Germany! Super centric as well, so you can stop by on a long drive !

Für eine Nacht OK

Der Check-in verlief freundlich und kompetent. Mein erstes Zimmer (#344) musste ich in der Nacht tauschen, da die Heizungsgeräusche unerträglich waren. Mein neues Zimmer (#304) war ruhiger. Allgemein kann man aber sagen, dass die Zimmer nun endlich mal ein Update benötigen. Die Böden sind nicht mehr besonders ansehnlich und auch das Mobiliar wirkt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zudem wäre es wünschenswert, wenn mehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet würde. In beiden Zimmern konnte ich im Bad Haare des Vorgängers finden, teilweise hingen Spinnweben von der Decke und die Vorhänge wiesen eine deutliche Verschmutzung auf. Das Abendessen (Angus Burger) war super und preislich sehr fair. Frühstück wurde nicht gewählt. Der Check-Out verlief ebenfalls wieder sehr freundlich und kompetent. Insgesamt verlasse ich das Haus mit gemischten Gefühlen - besonders hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit.
