LOCATION: Very short walk from train station and all main sites are a short walk. Many restaurants and shops close by. STAFF: Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. ROOM: We received an up grade to the 6th floor to a room with a balcony. Very nice. Room was spacious for an old town city hotel and had everything we needed for a short stay. This was our second time staying at the hotel and we would stay again.

Hated a room with a bed crammed against the window so could only enter or leave the bed from one side. Incredibly inconvenient. You could concern yourselves with basic conveniences, not ignore them for unnecessary hi-tech iPad interfaces. There's a place for Hi-tech, but it cannot replace basic human needs and services.

"I just stayed one night between trains trips but it was a nice experience. Lobby had drinks and cocktails available and a great breakfast. There was a shared bathroom but it was glitzy ultra modern and sparkling clean. OK for one day. Nice view out the windo."
