"Beautiful hotel, staff was amazing… the only thing bad I could say was the parking area was really tight, small parking lot, and you have to pay for parking. But that’s probably because I was downtown, not sure if any hotels there offer free parking, but next trip I plan on staying there again because of the staff!.. "

"I am from the Council bluffs area so when i checked in I was told I had to pay a $220 cash deposit which I got back in the morning, but I didn't know about it till check-in. The room was clean & the bed was comfortable. The shower was a little outdated, the bathroom was kind of little but clean. They do have a nice area where they serve breakfast & they had a nice variety of different foods"
