"The room was small with a balcony that had view to nowhere. but the room was very clean, beds were comfy and the bathroom was big and very clean. The kitchenette with dish washing machine and microwave made the room a cozy and handy place to stay."

"When I travel normally I don’t see my email ., so I got a couple of emails from the agency (I saw Them late),. But before I got all the information to get in etc ., it is a nice place ., but we were 6 3 adults and 3 teens ., as soon as I do the booking I put this complete information (6 Total) ., we don’t have enough beds to sleep that was an issue ,. Thanks god we’re 2 sofas and 2 of my kids rest there (they didn’t sleep well of course) ,. There were just 1 linen ,. But they survive ., The room...

"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"The apartment was in a wonderful location and was well equipped. The staff was freindly and helpful. It was quite warm while we were there, so air conditioning would have been nice. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"The apartments are clean, safe and comfortable to stay. Tanita and her team are very friendly and willing to accommodate out requests. The check in process was smooth once receiving the email notification for the pin to get our key. In our case, we arrived a little earlier and Tanita was so nice and grant the room access for us. "This hotel was beautiful! We had a car, which made it easy to get to. There was a bus station at the bottom of the hill if you don't have a car. Stephanie, our hostess, was so nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The restaurant was closed for dinner the two nights we were there during the week. I would recommend this place if you want an excellent view of the ALPS."

Perfect location for all things Lucerne

"Walking distance from train station. Located in a very accessible area of Lucerne. The room was quite large and very comfortable. Lucerne is an extremely walkable city. As a city though, it did not feel like one. This hotel has a bus stop right outside the doors. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Lucerne."

"It’s very near to Lucerne Train station, making it a very good base to explore switzerland. It’s near to the lake Lucerne where u can take a ferry or a leisure walk around. There’s a Losteria restaurant (pizza and pasta) within 5 mins walk. The room is spacious and amentities are well stock. The room service menu are reasonably priced and tasty. Will stay here again when visiting Lucerne. "
