"Room was clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located if wanting to spend time at the outlet. My only issue is that we arrived on a Sunday, so expected the shops to be closed. However, due to a special event the shops were open, which meant there was no parking available. I would have liked to hotel to have advised us about the special event, as we had let them know we were arriving by car and needed a car spot. "

"We loved the room. It was clean and large and had lots of storage space. The soap smelled nicer than other hotels use. The lounge and breakfast area were nice. We enjoyed the restaurant just down the road. And it was SO close to the train station's which was very handy. The breakfast was alright. Would have liked some hot food choices but what was offered was good. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating to english speakers. Negative was that the walls or something made creaking/bump...
