Bathroom missing toilet roll holder on wall. furniture and luggage storage showing signs of wear - many areas scratched or damaged. WIFI internet connection is weak. "This is a beautiful property with great amenities. The gardens were outstanding. The reson for a low score is the uncomfortable bed and the low pressure shower that felt like someone was sprinkling water on me. The service was outstanding as well. Overall if a hotel doesn't have a comfortable bed and a good hot shower, then it's not a good hotel, sorry!"

Nice quiet area and relaxing green spaces/gardens between lodges. "Excellent frieny communication from receptionists before and throughout stay. We stayed in the ecolodges which were brand new and finished to a very high standard. Nice quiet area and relaxing green spaces/gardens between lodges. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain during our stay and the shower drain began to smell quite strongly - property management made aware of this and were to sort this on our departure. The property is located outside of the town and it would be beneficial to have your own transport otherwise it is a 45-60 min walk to the centre along a busy road with some areas having no pavement. We were very kindly allowed to use the shuttle from the adjoining hotel however were informed this was in exceptional cases. Enjoyed our stay here overall. "
