"Beautiful location on a serene property. The staff were very helpful with making a dinner booking in the nearby town as well as jumping at the chance to offer a full wine tasting. Very knowledgeable! There’s a communal building centrally located with fridges for your wine or snacks if you wish to have them on the lawn overlooking the property. "The receptionist was very rude, the room was clean but in poor condition, and the walls were so thin you could hear the conversation next door perfectly. The hotel is slightly outside of the city center but still within walkable distance. For the price we paid would have expected something much better - would not recommend."

"This accommodation was a stop over for travel from east to west in France. We wanted to keep away from towns and liked the idea of a in house dinner and breakfast. Both were superb . Our host filled the evening dinner time with many interesting tales and points of interest, in particular wine. The friendly St Bernard was also charming company during our meals."

"They put me in a room right next to where they were doing a renovation and so it was noisy with drilling and hammering from 8 am to 5 pm. could not sleep in or take a nap in the afternoon as it was noisy. they had hallway lights on a timer that lasted 5 seconds literally and so the lights were always going off when walking the hallway and since they were not automatic sensor you had to grope your way around until you found the light switch to turn it back on. Good city centre hotel

"Easy check in. Polite staff. Directed us to hotel parking precisely. Room small but functional. Nice bathroom, modern. Breakfast a good choice, but juice, eggs not replaced. Coffee was horrible. Left to stew. Hotel needs a proper coffee machine. Was only let down of this hotel. "

Overnight stay.

"Pleasant hotel and very good position for getting on/off motorway en route south. Comfortable room and comfy beds! No aircon and room very hot ...it was 33° outside. Had to open window which meant lots of flying things came in! Nice to get a kettle in the room.....a definite plus when in France. Most hotels do not offer this. Only gripe is paper cups...our drinks , both hot and cold began to seep through the bottom of them! Please use proper mugs! Good breakfast although basic!"
