"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

"Chambre très spacieuse, simple mais très bien conçue. La salle de bain est immense. La climatisation marche très bien et cela nous a été très utile car il faisait très chaud durant notre séjour. Le spa privé est un réel plaisir. Le propriétaire est très sympathique Le petit déjeuner est simple (manque un peu de choix ) mais très copieux et bien frais. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons ce logement. "

"We loved this place. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was also big and we loved the balcony! The breakfast was excellent. "We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds. "

"We ended up at this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking we had made in Colmar. I am very glad we ended up at this hotel. The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. "Located amidst vineyards with walking trails and wonderful views. Very friendly and welcoming staff - possibly family owned/run. Even though they spoke limited English they made every effort to be helpful. Excellent wine selection and restaurant in the hotel. They also have a spa with indoor and outdoor facilities. Highly recommend a visit if you want to get away from crowds and spend some time in the French countryside. "
