"This was our absolute favorite stay in Ireland. The views were just stunning! It is the cutest and coziest little cottage. The bed was comfortable. The little fire stove was perfect for the evenings. The grill was an awesome extra amenity. It was easy drives to Giants Causeway (about an hour) and to the beaches and to the mountain as well. It was the perfect getaway. It’s easy to get groceries at the shop nearby. "

"We had a wonderful stay in this cute house that has everything we could need, a lovely back yard, and a good location. Hazel went above and beyond - we had accidentally thrown away a souvenir ring and she sent it back to us in the US and she did it with no hesitation! "

"Not a hotel. This just a room above some businesses.the room was big and comfortable. Getting the code for the door it was tricky, but it was due to changing phone sim cards. We were in downtown Londonderry close to everything. Parking was an issue. Overall a great place would recommend. "

"Couple stay. The room was spacious and comfortable however there didn’t seem to be any way to regulate room temperature.bathroom tired and could do with updating. Lovely river view. Really convenient location within easy walk of all the City’s attractions. Recommend walking the walls, tower museum, the pubs and coffee shops on Waterloo st. Decent breakfast, usual fare. "Everything was very good, cleanliness, comfort and service. All staff were helpful and courteous. I used Spa and the the service was good there also. Dinner was served quickly. At breakfast I asked for a poached egg and it came in a few minutes -The only negative thing was the bacon at breakfast was a bit hard due I imagine, to sitting for some time. Staff in dining room were again very helpful and pleasant."

Waterfoot Hotel weekend

"Reception check in, housekeeping was very good. Staff in restaurant & Bar were super good. Breakfast & other meals were delicious. We had an excellent stay. Also lady at reception gave us directions to a pathway alongside the Foyle which took us into the City, there is a bus service which stops just before Caw roundabout if you don't fancy the walk back.Hotel is a hidden gem.There is a busy roundabout just before access to the Hotel but the pathway into the city is really pleasant & gives a good walk. There is good access for cars over the Foyle bridge to the City, Letterkenny erc."

"Great location, wonderful staff, really nice room. Food is great. Genuinely loved our stay in Derry. Parking can be a be tricky; try not to roll into town during rush hour. Our car got towed (no fault of our own) and the staff jumped into action. Flawless resolution to what could have been a stressful situation; very much appreciated!"
