awesome stay overall. only thing i would say is the staff is not well informed on the swiss travel pass information. the boat that stops at the hotel is covered by swiss travel pass however on arrival the staff told us it’s not covered causing us inconvenience.

"An easy walk to the airport for an early morning flight. Coming to the hotel we walked on the outside. The hotel staff told us of the shorter way. Coffee, croissants, and apples were available, at no charge, for all of us early birds to take with us."
