"Water pressure and hot water didn't work for two of our three nights. I understand things break, and the hotel did let us check out late decause of the inconvenience. However, I do wish the staff could have been better with communicating the situation. Overall, its a nice, clean place to stay in a great location. I'll probably stay here again when I'm back for work. "

"It was a great room. I checked out and left my phone in my room. I called and let them know, and by the time I got back to the hotel, the phone was in the office and was promptly returned to me. Great service. I do find it strange that the office does not open and only transacts through the little window they used during COVID-19. "
