"Property was perfect for what we needed. We stayed 3 nights for nights of lights festival. Walkable to everything and a trolley stop right there Rooms were updated. Staff was very accommodating. We needed a pack and play so I called the morning of check in. They weren’t sure they had one. When we checked in our room we had a brand new pack and play waiting for us. I’m pretty sure one of the staff members went out to get it that day. "

"The hotel was very convenient to visiting St. Augustine and the surrounding area. There is construction just south of the road it's located on which made it a little tricky to get there the first time. After that, it was easy. The only problems we had was that the ice machine on our floor quit working the third day. I reported it, but it wasn't fixed. We left after the second report, so I don't know if it was fixed. Also, the TV lost its guide feature after the first day, and Netflix wasn't available free as advertised. When I brought this up to the front-desk person on check-out, he was surprised because the system had just been updated to allow access to Netflix. We did have a problem with parking one night because we were late returning and there was a tanker truck taking up 9 parking spaces. When we reported it to the front desk, the clerk went out and moved her car to give up a spot. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, despite the very minor problems we encountered. It was one of the quietest hotels I've ever been in. The hotel was full, but the only noise we heard was an occasional door opening or closing. We didn't even hear running water from the adjacent room. P.S. The mattress was wonderful. I was wishing I could figure out a way to get a king-sized one in my small SUV. I would have tried to buy it if I could have. "

"Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The staff was supper friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and it was a great price for all of the options. Even though the hotel was older it was kept clean and we had all of the amenities. Greta option close by to St. Augustine!"
