"A hidden gem. If you want to be away from crowds/want a slower, quieter pace, this is it. The beach was lovely- plenty of loungers, & the staff aimed to please. It was the nicest water I've ever swam in-crystal turquoise and clean. Temp was just right, even in Jan. Great 'no kids' aspect. What few teenagers I saw were polite and respectful. Applause for: -constant drink offers all day on the beach (Brad) -landscaping crew raking up debris each morning as the ground is grassy, not sandy, plenty of shade -beautiful scenery, florals, and sunsets -all inclusive nature Opportunities: -bathroom fixtures that support the soap, etc./ window screens were in ill repair allowing lots of bugs, need more hooks/towel bars, and a desk lamp -communication: got a brief welcome chat at check in, but we just got off a long flight and counted on the email we were being sent, however the email asked to complete a check in form and upon doing so, the email disappeared...we would have welcomed a sheet or folder of info including the weekly schedule of meal times, menus, and tips and tricks...along with the entertainment schedule, watersports, yoga schedule, etc. everything was piecemeal and had to be hunted for repeatedly -buffet was repetitive -special lunch restaurant was not special -some tiles and stairs are loose and hazardous -beach towels scarce -pitch dark at night, ill lit *be aware property is swim at your own risk Overall, it was beautiful, serene, and a great value. We will return!"

"This resort was exactly what we needed! We loved our time here. The staff was very accommodating & made sure our stay was perfect. Our room was spacious & nice. We loved having the plunge pool to relax in. We celebrated our anniversary here. They decorated our room for us. It was very hot. It did feel like our room never got cold during the day. They were very accommodating with the menu at the restaurant. Let them know ahead of time & they will make your order. 10/10 experience. I will say if you book an excursion like swimming with the pigs, make sure to have them confirm the water taxi. We were 30 mins late to our tour because the taxi they arranged never showed up. The jet ski guys down on the beach saved us & helped up get there. Only con we had with this resort. "

"Amazing cottage, I stayed in Breeze by myself. Roomy, breeze through the windows was amazing, view is amazing. Short walk to beach, right down the hill, no beach chairs though. Owners were responsive when I had questions or needs. The driveway is steep and taxi's can not drive up, so just be mindful of that, you gotta lug everything up that so pack accordingly. I had a local that did my driving and tours which allowed me to fully relax. Beautiful island and property. Bed was comfortable! Will definately stay here again! "

"Galley Bay Resort is absolutely gorgeous. It is almost as if you have the beach to yourself. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating we have ever experienced. The food in any of the restaurants is exceptional and the food service is superb. Our room was large and very comfortable right on the beach. The water is crystal clear and has rolling waves that are fun. There are some areas to snorkel off the beach but when we stayed, the waves were keeping the water too cloudy to snorkel. The resort did shuttle us to a calm bay where we were able to snorkel a bit. Not the best snorkeling we have experienced, but we took a 4-hour sail and snorkel trip with Captain Sean which was fantastic. But there are many other activities available: the pool with a waterfall is relaxing and there are water sports offered such as sailing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Tennis, volleyball, ping pong, a pool table, bicycling, and croquet are also offered as is a daily yoga class. The resort caters to adults only and there is a relaxed and mature feel to the place. We met many other couples and made friends easily. If you are seeking a beautiful place to completely relax with a touch of elegance, this is your resort!"

"Having been to Jolly Harbour, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. The property was clean and kitchen well stocked. The area around the villa was well maintained with amenities nearby including a bus stop to take you to town. Only feedback i would give would be to provide a what on guide in the villa that was current. We had a villa book but not a 2024 What's On guide. I pick one up from HBK on my last day. If i had issues the staff tended to them and when Storm Ernesto came, someone came around to check on us. It was my 10th time to Antigua and 4th time to Jolly Harbour. My husband loves it as he an fish off of the patio."
