"Great hotel, not in the center but there is a bus stop right in front that makes it getting around very easy. They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. We had a small issue which they rectified immediately, communication with the hotel was answered promptly. "

"The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁"

"Communication and check-in was excellent and easy. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance. "

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"I really enjoyed my stay in Vienna. The positive aspects of this hotel were that its location was good (close to the underground, close to the tram station and about 15minutes away from one or two very nice parks). The feature i was disappointed about was that the bathroom was way too small! One person could barely fit inside, the shower didn't work properly and the sink leaked quite a bit."

"When we arrived at the apartment, everything seemed pleasant enough. Anyway, the TV wasn't working properly so I informed the man on the check in desk. He was apologetic and said that he'd try and get an IT man to sort the problem out, and he offered my partner and I free breakfast at the nearby restaurant. Fair enough. But on further inspection, we found that the bathroom sink plug didn't do its job and a bedside lamp that had a plug on it but nowhere near to plug it in to. After telling this...

"The hotel location is not a good and safe area. It is very difficult to find parking. There is no AC. Kitchen is small. Not enough amenity provided. We have to save the toilet paper for three night stay. One bedroom is extremely small. It is barely fit one double bed. Not space beside the bed."

"Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen, um Wien kennenzulernen und in der Gegend zu radeln und zu wandern. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Christa" war dafür der ideale Ausgangspunkt. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und komplett ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll saniert und der Garten rundet alles ab. Besten Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder. "Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was amazing. Staffs are very friendly, helpful and the area here is very convenient for public transportation. With laundry available in the facility, it made our trip easier. Rooms are very clean and they were spacious for 4 people. Definitely will stay here again when we come back here.
