"Everything is good except for the one-night shift staff. She was not very friendly and gave us the wrong information regarding guest parking. The info she gave to us is different from what we were told by afternoon front desk staff. Other front desk staff we met are very nice and helpful."

"This hotel had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on I missed breakfast once because of how hard it was to wake up. The room was very clean, taking showers was enjoyable, the hot drink machine in the lobby was a delight to use and I used it many times, the desk was comfortable to work on and featured great window view so I could make sure my car was safe. "

"Everyone who works behind the desk needs Customer Service training. Especially the woman with the bandaged nose. I had to yell out a question to her three times. She was sitting on the counter i small area aside from the front desk. She didn't come to the counter when I was standing there. I guess its because she could see me.
