Only about 6 hours total due to having a different hotel booked months ahead of time but arrived in Pigeon Forge ahead of schedule and ended up at the Ramsey! Breakfast very good and front desk staff checking in and out was wonderful, no complaints. Wish we could've stayed here for remainder of trip but couldn't cancel other hotel....next time in Tennessee will definitely come back to the Ramsey!"
