"We had a situation during our first day as our room has deficient AC. Ms. Dámelis Marmolejos did a great job and sober very quickly the situation, she was very diligent and problem solver. We highly appreciated her effort doing her best to solve it. Hyatt is very lucky to have Damelis in its staff. Thanks"

"The location was right in the middle of the city which made it accessible on foot to walk everywhere I wanted to go, it also helped that I did not have to drive to get anywhere since Boston has the worse drivers that is a benefit. Also loved the lobby and the health club. Bathroom was a little small but that is not that big of a deal. "
