"One of our bedding had a stain on it. Other areas throughout could have been cleaner. The jet tub jets did not work. Breakfast was great!!! Coffee bar was great as well. "

"Checked in with Heather (staff) and she was very friendly and polite. She joked and laughed with every person. As we sat in the lobby and played card games this NYE, I noticed her keeping the pool area clean. Large family crowd came in, then left and she went in and out all the chairs back that the group rearranged. The bed was comfortable (room 110). Only thing we both noticed was the room has a “muggy” smell. "

"Couldn't pull out the handle on the shower. Had to call for someone to come up and pull it out. Very difficult to regulate the temperature of the shower.I t was either too hot or too cool. I thought the bed was too soft. but my husband slept well and liked the bed."
