"Overall good. Our room 102 was nice, but had no hooks and awkward space. Towels were crammed onto the side of the sink, as there are no racks or shelves so the bathroom was awkward. Hooks near the entrance would be really useful. Breakfast here is incredible with fabulous service. Bar drinks are pricey and came with attitude. Overall it’s beautiful but getting to and from ski hills is a bit of an ordeal. Be prepared to walk…. "

"If very nice hotel. It’s not downtown if that’s important to you. There are many hotels in town and many around the outskirts/mountain areas. The area has a lot of people biking, hiking, in the winter skiing and shopping with great restaurants downtown. I am from the northeast part of America and it reminded me of some of the old hotel/Italian resorts in the Catskill mountains of New York. They had breakfast every morning if you chose that. Also, dinner at the hotel, which was very nice or you...

"The staff was exceptional during our stay (off season right before closing for holiday)… and we found the location just right for walking to trails in the area. Our room was very nice except we had an exceptional small bathroom ( one had to sit on the toilet at an angle or your knees hit the shower wall). Also, it turned cold rainy and snowy while we were there but the fireplace was not lit :( I would recommend this place again! "
