"Overall, I was very happy with my choice of The Victoria hotel. Its location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt the accommodation was good value for money and I should have booked the buffet breakfast at the initial reservation, it is excellent value. My two tiny points are that I thought that the Aurora English breakfast tea was not a good tea and the brass safety mechanism to prevent the door opening fully was not working because the screws in the door had pulled...
