"Picked up from the airport - lovely lady was waiting with a board with my name on it (and others) gave us all close garlands and a lovely tour of the island - food trucks, supermarket and where to get other bits. The hotel is LOVELYYYY - very nice and my room was huge - very clean and the WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is very lovely too and healthy. You can tell they think about every last detail. I wanted to go to the Kari Kari show one night and they booked this for me. "

"The place is very up-scale but casual just like the whole island. It would not hurt having it closer to "downtown" as the 15-min walk to another restaurant down a narrow road with no sidewalk gets tiring after a while. The pool is excellent and so is the service. "

"Had a wonderful stay at Taha Tai. Truly enjoyed the dining experience, the amenities, and a clean and comfortable room with an in-room safe that fits a laptop. The location was perfect for exploring. It had a very warm feel. I stayed in the hotel (not the cabanas) and I really enjoyed it. "The fact that every detail is taken in consideration and that the staff is super helpful and friendly made this place even more special. The rooms, the view, the common areas are beautiful and the food prepared was delicious. The explorations are well planned and the guides did know their material. Great place"

"The host gave us a warm welcome and it’s a whole building with two rooms and one well-equipped kitchen! The hostel located at a quiet place and natural garden with some cute little pets walking around us. It’s so lovely to stay in the hotel and have a good time on the beautiful island when we finish the local trip. Highly recommend!"

Highly recommend

"Family operated, the owners are very welcoming. They come to pick you up at the airport and take you back. Each unit has a small kitchenette to make your own breakfast or prepare meals. Everything is within walking distance with affordable dining options. You can rent a vehicle from the owners as well, making it very easy and convenient. There are roosters and dogs around that are quite vocal at night, which is a reality of many countryside places in Chile. Ear plugs! The owners speak little english but we speak a bit of Spanish, plus with a translating app is all good. When you book you will be interacting with their daughter in Santiago who speaks English and French and has been very helpful and quick at answering questions."
