The rooms are very spacious and have lots of interesting amenities like Suanas, exercise equipment and huge balconies. "I don’t know why this hotel isn’t rated higher. We had a wonderful stay. The views are amazing from right there in front of the hotel and it’s a short walk to the dolomiti bus if you’re headed up to Rifugio Auronzo for one of the iconic hikes. The staff did their best to help us download the app for bus tickets and buy them, but we had trouble getting it to work, so I recommend walking to the bus stop-they sell tickets right there, and then do the Cadini di Misurina hike!!!! It’s amazing and you have great views of Tre Cime so if you’re short on time, that one is the must do! It’s not even a very long hike. We only spent one night here and we were so sad we didn’t stay longer!!! We had delicious food at the restaurant-my veal was the best meal of my entire trip-so amazing! And the breakfast was amazing too! Lots of delicious options! Staff was friendly and everything was great. "

"We made a last minute booking to this hotel very late at night and they were able to not just give us a room with separate beds but an upgrade to the one we had booked! Thank you very much! Very spacious, comfortable beds and friendly staff! Areas of improvements would be the AC and attaching a separate shower head in the bathrooms. My friend mentioned there were issues with the AC and I would have personally appreciated a separate shower head attachment and not solely a fixed overhead shower. There was a slight miscommunication with breakfast timings, we were told breakfast would end at 10:30 (and is also what is stated on the Expedia page) however when we popped down at 10:10, they had already packed up and were told by the catering staff that breakfast ends at 10:00. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating and brought out a few bits and bobs for us to eat. Overall, had a great stay! "
