Nice hotel, friendly staff. Clean room with big double bed and good sized ensuite. I stayed here for 12 nights. My only reservation would be the road noise which made it difficult to sleep most nights.

Great location but dated facility
"Hotel is in a great location right by Darlin Harbor at a reasonable price. The hotel was clean and usable. It even included a washer and dryer which we found very useful. We had a suite but it was very small and the couch was not very comfortable. Overall the room was dated and in need of a refresh. ..."

Darlinghurst is a good 40 minute walk to the Circular Quays where most things for us happened from. If you venture around some of the neighbouring streets they are much quieter and the period architecture was fascinating.

The Blue Mountains at Katoomba was an excellent trip with a two hour train journey from Central Station, and of course travelling in all the ferrys
