"Tough check in and was ignored to speak to other employees after being asked “how can I help you”. I understand being busy and trying to resolve other issues, but an “I’m so sorry for the interruption” goes a long way. Bar areas were great! I always appreciate one of those wonderful cookies also! "

"The amenities were good. There was a shuttle to take you to the nearby train station, which is convenient to get to and from the airport. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up feeling refreshed. The bathroom was spacious. Good shower pressure. The toilet seat is uncomfortable. I did use the coffeemaker to make tea. I don't know who designed it or maybe I used it wrong, but the steam coming out of the cup would condense on a lip just under where the water drops out, then spills onto the tray. I probably would stay here again, but if I'm spending more time downtown, I would stay a bit closer. "

"Parking was easy, the location was great, the restaurant had great breakfast although it’s not free. We were on the 11th floor. It’s a little warm up there in the hallway which looks over a balcony all the way down which is pretty cool. Air-conditioning was great! Only thing is, in the bathroom if you take a shower, you had to leave the door open as there was no fan working in the bathroom at least in our bathroom."
