"I enjoyed my stay. I found the bathroom clean and the bed was quite comfortable. My only negatives are that it takes a long time to get hot water and it’s light pressure, and the common area floors could use a good wash. The host was easy and efficient to deal with online though. I really enjoyed the codes to get in/out so I could easily walk around neighbourhood and come and go like my own house. I was alone so it’s a perfect stay for solo travellers. "Great location to many local establishments. Very convenient Safeway grocery store, Starbucks, and dine in restaurants within walking distance. I wish we would have known better about the parking situation with this property. There is a very steep slope to get to the garage from the street and would only fit very small to compact cars. Street parking is difficult to find as the neighbors have reserved most of the parking. Loved mostly everything about this property except for the parking."

"We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."

"The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub. Overall not great but I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable. "

"By far the WORST experience I have ever had. Had a bad experience before even getting into the apartment. Clearly stating on-site parking which was my main reason for booking. There was zero onsite parking, hosts didn’t even respond when I asked where on-site parking was. Street parking took 45 minutes to find it only to find out it’s a 4 hour maximum time limit. "What I liked was the bed was comfortable, what I didn’t like was that it was on the floor so being over 60 it was difficult getting out of bed, the description of the room lead me to believe that the bathroom was in my room, it was not, it was down the hall, my bedroom was on the 4th floor so I didn’t care for that, the room had an electrical lock which wasn’t always friendly. I would recommend it to anyone under 35 but definitely not senior friendly "

"The listing on Expedia definitely made it look a lot more private than it was. You share a floor with four different rooms of which you have to go out to the common area to reach your own bathroom which the listing did not make clear at all. And the kitchen is shared between the entire building."
