"It was not good in fact it sucked. The food was awful,the manager was also awful. Under construction loud and noisy. Piles of sand everywhere. You could barely see the beach. Brown mold on the walls. So unhappy with this we checked out early they wouldn't give me my money back. Hotels you would not refund my money. So you suck also will never do business with again. Thanks for nothing. You ruined my holiday.😡"

"The place was great to stay at. The food was good, and the service was very good. the room was not air conditioned and was very hot. The windows did not have fly screens so we weren't able to leave them open which would have helped. The beds did have mosquito nets, but again we couldn't leave the room windows open."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, right in the middle of the very long Matemwe beach. We loved everything about the hotel. Our room - a junior suite with a beach view and balcony - was gorgeous and very large. There was a view of the ocean from every room, including the shower, and the room was very clean and comfortable in every way. The restaurant is also excellent as is the bar (better cocktails than most places in East Africa). Our favorite dish was the ceviche, but...
