"We stayed here for 1 week and in that time the electrical power was off 4 times. We were on the top floor (8th) and had to walk up and down the stairs. When we arrived at Building C there was no person there to check us in. There was no information in the apartment for contacts in case of emergencies. We were so glad to leave, never to return."
