"Kind of a long wait to check-in when we arrived at hotel since staff was short-handed…we did received extra complimentary cookies at check-in. Hopefully, we do not get charged after the fact for breakfast which we paid for with our reservation thru Hotels.com"

"Breakfast was a great spread for biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage links, eggs, and potatoes not to mention the cold options. The pool facility and work out facility were nice and well kept. The staff was nice to talk to. Only suggestion is they need to put nozzles on their hot tub jets. They don't direct flow and just throw water every where."

"Our stay was really great other than the fact that we had to change rooms after unpacking all of our things because your heat in our room wasn't working and it was the middle of winter. We couldn't swim because the pool was under construction. There is a bowling alley in the basement, but when we went down to reserve Lanes, there was a party that had rented the whole thing out, so my kids were very disappointed. We were therefore a dance competition, so there wasn't a lot of time to leave and go...
