"As always, the Fairmont Copley Plaza Hotel is outstanding. The grand architecture of this historic hotel is not to be missed. The hotel is beautiful and elegant. and the Oak Kitchen restaurant is exceptional. . Of course, I do miss the utter sophistication and elegance of the “ Oak Room” back in the day when couches, stunning lamps and drinks served with a “ sidecar” in small crystal buckets was the norm. While times do change, the Oak Kitchen is still a great place, with excellent food and drink. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended, with its great location directly near Copley Place and the Prudential Center. "

"Staff was very friendly, helpful. My room, suite was spacious and bed very comfortable. Social hour snacks fantastic. Ordered a hamburger from restaurant and it was one of the best burgers i have ever had. Very happy with my stay."

"Quick business trip, this is an older property but has been updated, very clean and good size room. Staff was very friendly and was able to get us checked in early. Location was perfect as well. I would suggest management adding a fan in the bathroom, but other than that it was wonderful. Definitely would stay here again!"
