"All the staff were incredible, from the front of house to the cleaning team to the bartenders. Jacy at the front of house was so friendly and particularly helpful with a tonne of things, including transport and recommendations. Breakfast was great, the spa was a treat, and the hotel was within perfect distance from the wedding we were in Ireland for. Supermarkets, coffee and fast food all within a stonesthrow from the hotel. Tralee centre was a 20-30 min walk away, also bus routes in I believe....

"Had probably the best stay here of our trip to Ireland so far. All staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. There were traditional singers in the bar which made for a really lovely evening and everyone in there talked to each other. Very sociable and fun.
