"Slightly complicated check in process with nobody on site and having to call a mobile number. However, once I was in everything was very clear. My room was up 2 very steep sets of stairs. It was compact but clean, with a small ensuite. The shower pressure was very weak unfortunately, but otherwise the room was excellent value for money. "Very friendly helpful staff and instructions before arrival and during my stay. Clean and tidy room. Walls not sound proof so spent the night listening to a neighbour snoring unfortunately but very comfortable bed. Carpet was vacuumed but could do with a shampoo. Excellent breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities and nice toiletries. Thank you. "

"The hotel room was large and well furnished, though the bed was slightly uncomfortable and I think the mattress had seen better days. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good and catered pretty well for our vegan diet, though the vegan milk options were somewhat limited. The hotel is ideally placed for access to Knaresborough town centre and had ample private parking. "

"The studio room we stayed in was lovely and cosy. Everything felt very high-end from the decor to the coffee machine. There wasn’t one thing I’d change. The free parking at the back of the building was an added bonus too. It was the perfect base to explore Harrogate Centre, 5 minute walk and you’re in the centre. Totally recommend this place and very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. "
