The room was excellent. The only problem I was having was to get the toiletries and sugar & coffee sachets from reception. The toiletries only one for two people that was not enough for two as quantity was only for one person)and coffee &sugar sachets they provide were very limited(2 per person per day). Very hard for the person drinks more sugar or coffee as when I asked the receptionist she said only two sachets per person. Apart from this the apartment was very nice and clean.

Hotel just ok, not that clean. When asking to clean the room & change bed, they didn't change the bed sheets, vacuum the room, only dumped the trash & provide towels. The card slot on elevator didn't work well like falling apart, need to insert the card into slot soany time in order to get it work!

For the price of my room I really wasn’t expecting a lot but was so pleasantly surprised. The room was big with everything I needed, the welcome treats were an added bonus and the bed was comfy, right on Elizabeth so close to all transport, some great malls and food places. The room did have aircon but it was set to 22, being from Wellington I would have liked it a bit colder to sleep but the control wouldn't let me lower it, the shower could do with a mould spray but honestly I can’t complain the room was great.
