"Liked: 1) Excellent location (5 min walk to Queen Victoria Market; Elizabeth St tram half a block away so it was very easy to get to Bourke St or Flinders station) 2) Room was clean and well serviced 3) Lots of stores and shops nearby, including an excellent Turkish bakery practically next door Needs improvement: Hotel could use a bit sprucing up … but I understand a major renovation is planned soon "

"Exceptional location and amenties. The superb contemporary decor is fun and relaxed. We booked a king corner which is 35sq which was spacious for our needs. It has a huge bath and walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The room was very quiet and the gorgeous curtains made it dark for sleeping in the soooo comfortable bed. The service was brilliant and the staff super friendly. The digital concierge was excellent and digital check in and out was super convenient. There are a few things I feel could be improved. Access to the rooftop pool is via stairs after exiting the lift and may be difficult if for anyone with mobility issues. Also, I would have liked a greater selection of in room food service options after 10pm. However, there is a fabulous mini bar!! Overall an excellent stay."
