"The hotel is clean, the front desk is nice, the cleaning staff is nice. The casino is big and clean. We have gone to red sky grill twice to give them a chance and every time we go we get terrible service. The waitresses are horrible, they have and attitude and it’s just terrible we will never give them a chance again. They have no idea about customer service. Go to Freddys, IHOP any where else but there. Other than that we had a great time. Listened to Alkanze a trajno group. They did great, great entertainment. Just horrible at red sky grill, I don’t know how much to not recommend this place not because of the food because of the customer service."

"The property is kept very clean the rooms are fully stocked with all the necessities. I do wish the complimentary breakfast was a bit better but still you can’t beat it for the price. I had previously came a week prior and was impressed the way they received us so amicable but this time around unfortunately maybe they were having a bad day they were rude. Still my place to come is here. "
