when i paid my resort fee i expect full service ice machine was not working. took fo ever to get service at valet and taxi. Buffet was ok food could have been hotter water down orange juice. when i went to check out i told the person about my issues with having to pay my resort fee when i feel things should have work properly. I was told to go to each department and complain there.....not my job wont be giving and more of my cash to virgin

The room smells cigarette. Not well maintained.

Appreciate how quiet the rooms were.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

The property is old & could use some maintenance. Shower didn't turn on, then it wouldn't turn off. I can't remember the last time a room didn't have a coffe maker. This didn't we had 3 rooms & none did.. no microwave either. My goodness were the walls thin. The party went all night & the dj played it loud. I prefer a room where you can relax when you are done with the party
