"We were really disappointed in how old fashioned and dreary the apartment was. Very little was offered in the way of housekeeping. Our bed sheets were not changed in 14 nights, the spare pillows had no pillow cases on and there was no mattress protector on the bed. The pool was nice, but the best areas were hogged every day by the same people putting towels out at ungodly hours. There was a mix of residents and holidaymakers with barely anyone speaking English so there's not much choice but to...

"This place was a joke! I’ve booked two deluxe studios with 2 beds for 2 nights and we got 1 apt with 1 bed and 1 very uncomfortable couch, the second room had also 1 bed and pullout couch. Rooms were stinky! The AC wasn’t working in one of the rooms and in the other was only in the living room. I knew that I wouldn’t get a refund so I didn’t complain but I won’t recommend this place to anyone! "

"Nous avons quelques déboires (chauffe eau en panne, le climatiseur d'une chambre en panne, la télé ne fonctionnait pas, ascenseur en panne, machine à café en panne) qui ont été résolu rapidement. Dans la cuisine de l'appartement il n'est pas possible de cuisiné il y a juste un micro onde, il y a très peu de vaisselle. La literie est bonne, et la terrasse est juste magnifique. "Loved my stay here. Will be booking every time I visit. Phenomenal morning views, communication from the owners, and everything needed for more than a comfortable stay was provided in the studio. "We booked and pre-paid for two apartments under two separate bookings. When we arrived, the owner asked if we could share a "two-bedroom" apartment. We agreed, but then were given keys to a one-bedroom apartment. When we decided we were going to stay somewhere else and started looking for another hotel, what did we find? Yup, hotels.com was still showing apartments available at this locations. A total scam! Steer clear of this guy."

"Hotel Marina keeks the same great conditions, very nice rooms, and those ones with see view are most beoutifully. Good breakfast, clean rooms but overheated, only with windows open the temperature inside decrease enough. The hotel parking is automated with LPR, but you need to check in first. Will be nice if would possible to send car number in advance to save one ticket paper and some time to enroll it ..."

One night stay in Burgas

"We had a pleasant one night stay at the hotel Luxor which was ideally located close to Burgas bus and train station and minutes from the centre where you can find great bars and restaurants.Also close to the Sea gardens and beach so 5 * location.The hotel itself is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly Breakfast was offered for an additional payment of 7 leva per person at the Veronique restaurant adjoining the hotel.This was excellent value and quality with several choices and coffee or tea iincluded in a beautiful restaurant ( see photos). Would recommend this hotel for short stays in Burgas!"

"I recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is small, but beautifully designed with a great interior that exudes both elegance and comfort. The restaurant on-site serves delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations, making dining in a real treat. The views from the hotel are simply mesmerizing, adding to the peaceful and serene atmosphere that makes it the perfect getaway. The service was exceptional—every staff member was very helpful and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. It was so delightful that I ended up extending my stay by an extra day. The location is also incredibly convenient, within walking distance to everything you could need or want to explore. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem—quiet, charming, and an absolute pleasure to stay at. Highly recommended! "
