The young man that worked the morning shift was very pleasant and courteous, breakfast is always good, and the housekeeping staff ensures that you have everything that you need. It is a nice and comfortable hotel, but there are a few minor things that I hope they keep up with so the hotel continues to look nice, clean, and maintained.

This was our second time staying here and we will not come back. The staff was very friendly and helpful but to many other negatives to try this one again. We had to switch rooms due to the smell and the second room smelled but not as bad. Pet urine and musty. The water never got hot also heard others complaining a out it in the lobby. The breakfast was terrible. I couldn't eat it. The eggs were cold and runny, sausage was slimy and cold and the coffee is out of a .machine. 150 a night is ridiculous for this place.

I have stayed at this Sleep Inn location several times for family events and several funerals and I can't say enough about the pleasant staff, wonderful comfy beds and linens. The breakfast is decent and it's in a quiet location. Highly recommend

Average stay. I had stayed here last year and went back because of that stay. This time, it was obvious the hotel is in need of a facelift. It was clean but could definitely do with repairs/paint. The elevator was a bit scary, to the point where I hesitated to use it. Staff were friendly and it's in a quiet area.

A decent overnight stay on longer journey.
Hotel was alright. Condition was ok, but probably a little tired. Wasn't the warmest of receptions, but was ok. Elevator creaks pretty good. Bed was comfortable and the breakfast I thought was awesome. Quite a selection. I was happy to see some recycling bin options. Convenient, right off I-155.

Nice hotel but our room overlooked the parking lot and the lights shone directly in my room so the room was never dark; even with room darkening shades. Kind of annoying. The bath tub was very slippery. The office staff and breakfast was very nice check in was very easy.

I tied more than a dozen times to check out by phone due to travel required . Someone picked up and hung up each time. Had my travel coworker do the same and got the same hang up. Two rooms for two nights should have been two rooms for 1 night.

Hotel felt run down and not very clean. The elevator made terrible noises when in operation. The breakfast opened on time but was not very good. There was a security light in the parking lot that shined into our room and it seemed like daylight coming in all night even with the curtains closed.

The building is starting to show it's age... room carpets are old, plumbing needs attention. At least one exterior door handle (south side) needed to be reattached. Having said this, the staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is limited but very good and the pool is nice. We'll keep coming back.
