"The Paleis Hotel is in a great location for shopping, dining and sightseeing. The bed was very comfortable and the room was generously sized with lots of storage for clothing and suitcases. The only difficulty was with check in. There isn’t a regularly staffed front desk and we did not receive the email with the code to open the door to the hotel before we arrived. It was unclear how to contact hotel staff to be let in. "

"The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the city centre and is only a short walk from the main rail station. The furnishing are tastefully modern and comfortable. We found the hotel staff to be friendly and accommodating and our room to be spacious, very clean and well equipped (We especially liked the en-suite which was quite luxurious compared to some of the hotels we've stayed in). We also thought that the continental breakfast on offer was excellent. We would be happy to stay...

"Carpets on 7th floor need cleaning. Cleaning staff made my bed and emptied my rubbish bin but did not clean used coffee cup and spoons (second day only)."
