"Very nice accommodation. Clean, spacious, quiet, and well equipped with room amenities. Great for overnight to make flight connection. Free shuttle service is nice. It’s also walkable to airport (~2km) on level ground with sidewalk if you’re inclined. Some restaurants are walkable, again on a level sidewalk surface. Metro bus stop directly in front of hotel helps for exploring the city. I’d stay there again."

"As per on other stays the Riccarton Motor Lodge is the best. Great hostess and host. Staff always pleasant and say hi. Lovely big room. one point we did think great was the TV as in some motels we stayed in we have had trouble but the tv was explained by a leaflet circling what you touch and where. Comfy bed, great shower, facilities great."

"We were able to check in a little early which allowed us to return a loan car on time. Friendly service at check in. This continued in the morning with a very welcome lift to the train station where the check in was 06.30. "
