"Overall, it was a good stay, but I do have some complaints to make. The overall cleanliness wasn’t great; the bedding was not that clean as there were brown marks and pink stains on the duvet sheets, and the toilet had some marks from the last guests, I presume. The mattress and pillows were like sleeping on a rock, and I really struggled to get comfortable all night. "

"A lovely large room with a very spacious bathroom and a kitchenette. The fresh coffee was a nice touch too. In my opinion, the bedroom could do with a mirror for doing hair and makeup. The silocone on the windows/ windowsill could also do with a more thorough clean but it wasn't anything that took away from the general cleanliness. "

"Brilliant staff. Rooms are spacious. The toilets are clean. It has a luxurious and comfortable feel. Well kept property. The neighbourhood could be better and maybe cleaner but that is no reflection on the hotel. "

"Great location. Great communication from the organization. They were very accommodating and kind to me. I extended my stay and they kindly checked in on me. The accommodation itself is great. It’s not a noisy area. The only thing I wish could have changed were all the stairs I had to go up with all my luggage, but I would definitely stay again. Thank you so much for the lovely stay! "

"Fantastic apartment with great facilities. Good quality fixtures and fittings. TV could have been a little bigger but this was a very small complaint. Everything was clean and well presented as well as having a secure entry. Hreat to have an enauite and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. "

"We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. "Die Kaution wurde vollständig einbehalten, obwohl sämtliche Regeln bezüglich hinterlassen des Apartments und der Sauberkeit eingehalten wurden. Anscheinend musste das Sofa gereinigt werden weil es so sehr gestunken hat. Vielleicht sollte einfach mal der Preis für die Unterkunft angehoben werden, anstatt sich noch einen Bonus in Form der Kaution zu erschleichen. Wie wäre es mal mit Regeln anpassen bzw. verbieten das Sofa zu benutzen?"

"Absolute Amazing place in Glasgow. Close to pubs, shopping and access to public transport. Great for family. We had a 2 bed 2 bath place. Would highly recommend. "

"Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!"

"I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen."

"Very comfy, clean, light-filled and thoughtfully stocked apartment which is really conveniently located right next to Pollockshields East train station, just one stop from Glasgow Central. The apartments are also five mins walk from a supermarket (Lidl) and great pubs, cafes and restaurants like Koel Schip Yard and Heraghtys and the Rum Shack and about ten mins to the stunning Queens Park. "The room had a full kitchenette and a little sitting area with a little fireplace ,the bathroom was small but functional, the staff were great, and the area was so close to transit, shops, restaurants and pubs. I would definitely stay here again"

"Soon as we arrived the 2 gents in reception were great. The tall older gentleman in the grey jacket was a lovely guy and greeted both my daughters brilliantly and was very helpful and took plenty time for any questions we had. We normally stay in the premier inn as never heard of this aparthotel before but will definitely be stay again as the room was amazing a home from home and so handy for shops and a few bits from the shops for the kids. Will definitely be back"
